Coach Development

Coach development is organised and delivered by Austswim and NZSCTA. If you have previous experience or have shown an interest in coaching, Swimming Wellington can provide financial support towards gaining new qualifications from accredited providers. Get in touch with your club representatives or the region to find out more.

NZSCTA encourages all coaches to extend their Coaching Education through personal development and upskilling. For NZ Foundation Development Coach (NZFDC), Bronze, Silver, and Gold Coaches, a revalidation of qualifications is required every three years.
